Old Town Niwot

Located 1 mile from the town of Niwot. Named after the tribal chief, meaning left hand, this small and charming town offers a delightful mix of small boutique shopping, world class award winning restaurants and summers filled with concerts, parades and athletic events.

One of the main summer attractions is the festive and award winning summer concert series, Rhythm on the Rails. Every Thursday evening wander over to Niwot whistle Stop Park to enjoy food supplied from local vendors, restaurants, and farmers and listen to local and national musicians. Or just stay home at the farm and hear music over the alfalfa fields.

Niwot High School is nationally recognized in US News and World report top high schools, 2008.  Silver Creek High School, although new, is gaining recognition as an academic rival to Niwot High school.

Founded in 1875 as a railroad town, Niwot, nestled conveniently between Boulder and Longmont, combines a Historic “old town” feel with some of the most beautiful homes and views in Colorado.

Longmont

Longmont has large-scale employers, a transportation system, shopping centers, and has both an old town and a newer part of town.Longmont has lovely Victorian charmers, as well as dozens of stylish new home communities, only minutes from Oxford View Farms.

Boulder

Boulder is a city of 100,000, elevation 5,400 feet, located thirty miles northwest of Denver. It’s just under an hour’s drive from DIA Denver international Airport. It’s also an hour’s drive to Estes Park, gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Boulder is surrounded by a wonderful greenbelt with 120 miles of trails and averages about 300 days of sunshine per year. The front range of the Rocky Mountains rises on the west side of town.
